  • The female staff’s hospitality was wonderful—on par with the Imperial Hotel Tokyo.Of course, the male staff on the night shift were great as well. One morning, I couldn’t decide between the 30-minute scrub course and the 60-minute scrub course.Even though it looked like I might go past the 11:00 check-out time, they handled it wonderfully. When I visit Sapporo again,I’d like to stay at Jasmac Hotel. It has a bit of a Showa-era feel, but it’s charming and atmospheric. It made me want to support them.Next time, I’d also like to try the dining area inside the bath facility,as I’ve heard the food is delicious.During my stay, thanks to the excellent service from the front desk staff, I was able to enjoy a comfortable two-night, three-day stay.

  • Even though it’s a Business Hotel in Susukino, it has an Onsen, so I decided on this Hotel right away. The location is excellent. The Room felt a bit too warm and I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature, which was slightly inconvenient, but since many places can be cold in winter, it actually felt like thoughtful hospitality. The Onsen is spacious, and the open-air bath felt strangely unique—like soaking right in the middle of downtown while still being in Hokkaido. The rich, silky water was very relaxing. Also, the young staff member who guided us for parking was incredibly attentive and efficient—he really helped us out.
