I’ve been staying here for over 20 years. Since retiring, I think I’ve been visiting a bit more often. I also enjoyed the renewed half-buffet breakfast. I’m planning to stay about two more times before the end of the year. As always, the staff were pleasant and welcoming, and I had a relaxing stay. Thank you very much. One request: while the croissants at the current half-buffet were delicious, I would be happy if you could also offer the larger ones you used to have.
タマ88 9/7/2026This is my favorite Hotel. The Room is calm, elegant, and spacious enough. No matter what season you visit, you can enjoy strolling through the gardens, and in the lounge you can relax with delicious coffee or drinks while taking in views of Mt. Fuji. The guests are also quiet and refined, so I can spend my stay peacefully. From the time of Reservation, they communicate thoughtfully and always ask about my preferences for meals and bedding, which I truly appreciate. Thank you again—I look forward to staying here next time.

The interior of the main building Room has also been renovated for an even more comfortable stay.
All 59 Standard Twin rooms have been refurbished with new wall coverings, bathrooms, and furnishings, and the in-room amenity set has been enhanced in every guest room.
The large public bath’s indoor bath and open-air bath sit side by side, separated by glass, creating a wonderfully open feel. The design features solid stone materials and a calm, refined interior. A new half-body bathing area has also been added to the open-air bath zone, allowing you to enjoy a closer connection with nature for longer. The saunas have been renewed as well: the women’s sauna is now a low-temperature mist sauna where you can relax while taking in the outdoor scenery and leave your skin feeling moisturized, while the men’s sauna has been upgraded to a high-temperature dry sauna.
Enjoy a wide range of expertly delivered hand treatments, including body and facial care, as well as head, hand, and foot options. Both women and men are welcome to use the services with ease. There are four treatment rooms; one is a twin room where couples or friends can receive treatments together.
