The Odakyu Hotel Century Southern Tower is located on the 19th to 35th floors of the multi-purpose high-rise building "Odakyu Southern Tower," which includes offices and restaurants, with the front lobby on the 20th floor. All 375 Rooms are situated from the 22nd to the 35th floors, offering diverse views of Tokyo from each Room. Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the south exit of Shinjuku Station, the hotel boasts excellent transportation access, making it ideal for both business and leisure.

  • Although it was a last-minute booking, they kindly accommodated us.

    On the night of our stay, we were planning to see a show in Ikebukuro. Since it was expected to end later than we thought and we were also concerned about the weather, we made our reservation the day before. Thank you for kindly explaining everything at check-in—including arranging a taxi to the theater—as well as how payment and facility use work.

  • Excellent location!

    Located just steps from the Shinjuku New South Exit—an unbeatable location!Since the Hotel is on the 20th floor and above, the views are great, and we could even see Tokyo Skytree from our Room.Takashimaya is right in front, so it was easy to find places to eat.It was also very convenient for getting around with the Hotel as a base, so I’d love to stay again.

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Odakyu Hotel Century Southern Tower.

Due to guestroom renovation work, we have temporarily suspended guestroom operations as of check-out on Thursday, October 1, 2026.

We are currently proceeding with renovations throughout the Hotel in preparation for our 30th anniversary in spring 2028, aiming to create an even more comfortable and appealing Hotel.
Building on the “simple, high-quality spaces” we have long cherished, we are adding a new level of comfort and look forward to welcoming you again.

Please note that “Southern Tower Dining,” “Lounge Southcourt,” and banquet services will remain open until the end of March 2027. Renovation work will then begin, with reopening planned for autumn 2027.
*Yurakucho Kakida (19th floor) will remain open during the renovation period.
