  • An excellent Hotel in every way—location, spacious rooms, views, dining, and service—and I would love to stay again.

    This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

  • I had a comfortable and worry-free stay.

    The Shinkansen was stopped due to an accident, so I had to stay overnight at short notice. It was located very close to Kanayama Station, and I was glad I could get to the Hotel without getting lost or feeling anxious. With the sudden change of plans, I wanted to take a shower as soon as possible, and the bathroom Facility was luxurious and helped me recover from my fatigue. The desk by the window was also large, making it very easy to work, and the room was very comfortable overall.
