At check-in, our Room wasn’t quite ready and it would have been another 15 minutes, but the staff immediately suggested the lounge and took care of us.We enjoyed drinks in the lounge and were shown to our Room without a long wait. The staff’s service was very refined.The Room had four proper beds, so we could relax comfortably.The bathroom was simple and clean.We booked a Plan with breakfast included.The wide variety of potato fries was delicious, and we enjoyed them with soup curry.The honey was also excellent.They kindly accommodated our family’s request for sushi without wasabi.This is a Hotel we’d love to visit again.
It was my first trip to Hokkaido in 26 years. The hotel is close to Sapporo Station, making it easy to access, which was very helpful. The Room had everything we needed with nothing lacking, and we were able to stay very comfortably. Since we stayed in a Comfort Room, the bathroom was spacious, which was great. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and fun, and the selection was excellent and delicious. The service for shipping souvenir luggage was also helpful, and the free coin lockers for storing our travel bags on the last day were very convenient and a smart service. Thank you very much for all your help during our stay. I would like to use this hotel again when I visit Sapporo.
