  • The Monte Cristo sandwich is amazing!

    The room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent—just what you’d expect from the long-established Hotel New Grand. For breakfast, I considered room service but went to the restaurant for the Monte Cristo sandwich. The incredibly fluffy French toast and the savory bacon-and-cheese saltiness were outstanding. The tomato juice served with what was probably a domestically grown, unwaxed lemon was also superb. I’ll definitely be back!

  • As expected—Hotel New Grand!

    Once again, we were able to relax very comfortably—that says it all. I deducted one star because the view was of a building right in front of us, which was a bit disappointing, though I understand it couldn’t be helped given the room’s location. As always, the clean linens and room were consistently excellent, and we were truly satisfied with the delicious meals. The front desk staff’s service was also very pleasant. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.
