    Hotel New Grand is irresistible for lovers of classic Hotels—everywhere inside feels like a scene from a movie. Please, please don’t do a full renovation and turn it into a modern Hotel; keep this irreplaceable space as it is with careful refurbishments. Dinner and breakfast at Normandy were, needless to say, delicious, and the wine went down easily too. I also enjoyed an elegant time at the bar, and the seaside walk afterward became a cherished memory. The staff’s courteous service was wonderful, and no matter how busy it was, time seemed to flow at an unhurried pace. It reminded me once again that the Hotel staff’s love for—and pride in—the Hotel is what creates this atmosphere.

    I stayed with you during Golden Week, and I had been hoping to bring my mother next time.She was truly delighted as well.This time, thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, we were able to spend an even more elegant and relaxing time.By chance, we stayed in the same Room as last time, and the Room number matched my eldest son’s birthday, which felt like a wonderful connection.We were also warmly welcomed back with “Welcome home,” which deeply moved us.Your wonderful Hotel and the hospitality of your staff always impress us.Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to with a smile, making our stay truly comfortable.I would love to visit again soon.Thank you very much.
