I stay here every time I visit the Arts Theater. The location is great, with easy access from the station and to the theater, which I really appreciate. Since it was a standard room, it did feel a bit dated, including the bathroom area, but it was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay.It seems there is a smoking area on one of the floors on the way to the guest rooms, and I ended up sharing the elevator several times with people who had just smoked. As someone who is sensitive to cigarette smoke, that was a little difficult.
