    We stayed to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and the Hotel kindly made thoughtful arrangements for our Room, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful time.What left the strongest impression this time was the warm hospitality of all the staff. At the club lounge, they spoke kindly to our son and even played with him, treating us warmly throughout our stay. Even with a child, we were able to relax and spend time in comfort.We were also truly moved by the attentive service—remembering small details from casual conversations and offering considerate support before we even had to ask. It was clear they paid close attention to each guest.During meals as well, they thoughtfully helped so that our son could eat more easily, and we were able to enjoy dining together as a family.We have stayed here several times, but this visit once again made us feel glad we chose to come back. The Facilities and food are excellent, of course, but above all, I believe the warmth of the staff is this Hotel’s greatest charm.Thank you so much for turning such an important anniversary into a wonderful memory. We would love to visit again.

Above the bed’s headboard, a carved-style panel with a beloved floral motif—cherished in guest rooms since the hotel’s opening—is illuminated with indirect lighting.
