Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is centrally located in Canal City Hakata, a complex city situated almost in the middle of Hakata Station and the Tenjin area, the business and shopping hub of Fukuoka City. It is approximately a 20-minute drive from Fukuoka Airport, and the nightlife spot Nakasu is also nearby, making it an excellent location. Additionally, the city offers numerous attractions, including Fukuoka Tower and Fukuoka Dome, which provide panoramic views of the city, as well as charming historical buildings and festivals.

  • We had a relaxing stay.

    Some areas inside the Hotel felt a bit dated. This is a matter of preference, but I wished there had been a pleasant fragrance throughout the Hotel. In the club lounge, the group next to us got into an argument, which was distracting and spoiled the atmosphere, which was disappointing. It seemed to be the same group, but I also hoped they would be more considerate about wearing strong perfume in the dining area.

  • Club Access

    This was my third stay, and my first time staying in a Club Access Room. The Room is very simple, with just a bed and a small table, but I really liked the firmness of the bed. For bathing, I used the spa (large public bath) while using the pool. The facilities feel a bit dated, but I was able to relax in the large jacuzzi and felt very refreshed. I did wish the provided hair dryer were a bit better. The lounge food and atmosphere were excellent. I had seen a Review somewhere saying that meat dishes run out early, but at every time slot I was able to enjoy delicious grilled beef. The staff frequently and quietly cleared plates and replenished food, which made my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka next time.
