  • Definitely coming back!

    This was my first stay, and it was such a great hotel overall that I regret not having stayed here sooner. I used the lobby lounge, the executive lounge, and Nadaman, and everything was very satisfying. The cookies and bread I purchased at the restaurant were also delicious. At the executive lounge, although the staff varied depending on the time of day, everyone’s service was outstanding—I was truly impressed by the quality you would expect from a prestigious hotel. The room lighting felt calm and relaxing, the bed mattress was comfortable, and I was able to unwind. Since I visit Nagoya twice a year, I would like to make this my regular hotel.

  • We had a very satisfying stay.

    I stayed here for the first time, mainly as a stopover.With the discount on IKYU.com, it was an excellent value.The Facility is luxurious throughout, and the staff were outstanding.Before my stay, I was a bit concerned about access since it’s slightly far from the subway station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot to Hisaya-odori and you can enter the underground shopping area, so it didn’t feel inconvenient.For dining, I used Nadaman in the Hotel with my dinner companion’s arrangements and ordered à la carte; the service was attentive and the food was delicious.It was such a comfortable stay that I regret not choosing this Hotel sooner.
