It was my first stay in a while, and thank you for upgrading me to a larger Room.It was a very hot day, but Nanko was nearby and I enjoyed it.The Room was comfortable, the Hotel felt calm throughout, and the staff were kind, so I was able to relax very well.

It was an amazing stay for the live show and celebration!
I stayed here to attend a live show at Kyocera Dome and to celebrate my birthday. Since I headed in a different direction from most of the crowd after the concert, it didn’t feel too busy and I was able to get back to the Hotel smoothly. The “shuttle bus from Osaka Station,” which was running daily when I made my Reservation, had been suspended on weekdays, which was a bit unexpected. However, the Hotel itself was surprisingly quiet for Osaka, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing.\n\nMost of all, I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff. Not only did they include a celebratory message at the time of Reservation, but they also congratulated me at check-in, and there was even a message card and cake prepared in my Room. I felt genuinely cared for, and it made my birthday incredibly special. I would definitely love to stay again!
