    This was my first stay, and the property was clean throughout, making it a very comfortable experience.Since we were on the 21st floor, the view from the Room was great, and we could also watch YouTube and Netflix in the Room, so we really enjoyed a relaxing Hotel stay.I’m looking forward to staying again.

  • We were very satisfied.

    We chose this Hotel at my daughter’s request to “relax and unwind” for her birthday. We truly appreciate the thoughtful care we received, both at the restaurant and in our Room. Thank you so much! The Hotel had a calm atmosphere, and the staff’s attentiveness was outstanding, allowing us to forget everyday life and enjoy an elegant stay. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious, and we were glad there was no time limit so we could take our time. The only disappointment was that the weekday shuttle bus from Osaka Station is no longer available, which made things a bit less convenient. If we have another opportunity, we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.
