  • It was very comfortable.

    I usually stay as a couple, but this time I stayed alone and have trouble with my legs. I was a little anxious, but thanks to your thoughtful support I was able to stay comfortably. I am truly grateful. The Grand Hotel is still the most relaxing and my favorite.

  • It was wonderful.

    I stayed on a Plan with Club Floor access. The service was excellent. I was especially impressed by the delicious in-house apple pie, scallop soup, and tomato juice.The Hotel’s atmosphere, rich in tradition and elegance, and the refined, attentive hospitality of the staff were outstanding. It made for a truly luxurious stay.

You can reach us without going above ground via the dedicated entrance to Sapporo Grand Hotel next to Exit 8 of the Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Pedestrian Space.
(Please note: this is different from Exit 8 of “Sapporo Station” (Sapporo Kokusai Building).)

■ By Subway
○ Namboku Line / Toho Line: Get off at Sapporo Station, about a 10-minute walk.
Go up to street level from Exit 10 (no escalator). Walk toward Odori for about 3 minutes; you will find Sapporo Grand Hotel on your right at Kita 2-jo.
○ Namboku Line / Tozai Line: Get off at Odori Station, about a 5-minute walk.
Go up to street level from Exit 5. Head toward Sapporo Station; you will find Sapporo Grand Hotel on your left.

■ By JR Train
○ From New Chitose Airport Station: approx. 37 minutes by Rapid Airport train.
Get off at Sapporo Station, about a 10-minute walk. Fare: JPY 1,150.
After arriving at Sapporo Station, exit from the South Gate of the West Concourse on the 1st floor. After walking for about 8 minutes, you will find Sapporo Grand Hotel on your right at Kita 2-jo.

■ By Airport Bus
○ Board at New Chitose Airport bus stop No.14 or No.22 and get off at “Sapporo Grand Hotel.”
