  • Three-Generation Family Trip

    Two families from Osaka and Tokyo stayed together and enjoyed the night garden pool and Disney.We were a large group with children aged 10, 8, 5, and 2 (two of them were 2 years old). The garden pool was great—safe even for small children—and they had so much fun that they kept saying they wanted to play more. There were plenty of lifeguards on duty, and they spoke to us right away and helped whenever needed, which made us feel very reassured.We wanted to dine at the garden restaurant, but it was fully booked with Reservations, so we ate poolside instead. However, the tables were small and there wasn’t much lighting, so it wasn’t ideal for a meal. That was our only disappointment.We chose the Family Happy Magic Room, and the kids were completely satisfied just spending time in the Room as well.We weren’t sure how things would go with such a big group, but all the staff were always smiling and made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you very much.We would love to stay again.

    The dinner and breakfast buffets were very delicious. The children’s menu was extremely well stocked, and I felt that even young kids would really enjoy it.The guest room was very comfortable. On the day of our stay, Disneyland fireworks were canceled, but with a park view, I think it would be amazing to be able to see the fireworks.

Take the JR Keiyo Line or Musashino Line to Maihama Station (about 15 minutes by rapid train from Tokyo Station).
From Maihama Station, take the free Hotel direct shuttle bus (about 7 minutes to the Hotel), or take the Disney Resort Line monorail from Resort Gateway Station (next to JR Maihama Station) and get off at Bayside Station (about 4 minutes).
From Bayside Station to the Hotel, it is about 1 minute on foot or by free Shuttle Service bus.
