  • We had a great time.

    My first time back in Yokohama in a while. I’d been wanting to stay here for some time, so I used a day off to stay one night. It was during the Yokohama Tanabata Festival, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the fireworks from the Hotel and attending an event at Pacifico right in front of us. The view from the Room was great, and the amenities were well chosen—especially ones women would appreciate. Since my birthday was coming up, I received a brownie at check-in, which made my daughter happy too. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay again as a family.

  • Wonderful

    We stayed in a ferris wheel–side Room on a high floor.The view was wonderful and we really enjoyed it, and the bedding was so comfortable that we slept very well.Our child was thrilled too, and we made great memories in Minato Mirai.The staff were pleasant and cheerful, always greeting us with smiles and starting conversations.There were many international guests, and I felt that thanks to the people at this Hotel, they will leave with an even better impression of Japan!I hope this Hotel continues to have the same welcoming atmosphere.The meals were excellent as well.We would love to stay again!
