【重要なお知らせ】大規模修繕工事について
平素より東急ステイ日本橋をご利用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
下記の通り、当館の大規模修繕工事を行います。
工事中は騒音や塗装臭を伴う工事が発生いたします。
最新の注意を払って作業を進めさせて参りますので、ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
■工事期間 2026年10月第一週 ～ 2027年3月末日
■作業時間 9：00～18：00（予定）
※平日11：00～15：00の時間帯は特に大きな騒音と臭気を伴う作業がございます。
■作業内容 下地補修工事・シーリング工事・タイル面洗浄・塗装工事・防水工事等
・足場の組み立て、解体
※窓の外を作業員が通行しますので、工事中はカーテン、窓を閉めた状態でのご滞在をお願いいたします。
※一部客室におきましては、バルコニーに足場基地を設置させていただきます。
※足場（建物全体）にメッシュシートが掛かるためお部屋からの景観は見えなくなります。
※お客様にはご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、ご理解ご協力のほど何卒よろしくお願いいたします。
