Room View Obstructed

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Your property clearly promotes rooms with a view of Mt. Fuji. However, I was assigned Room 402, where the view of Mt. Fuji was significantly obstructed by trees. As a result, the mountain could not be fully seen from the room. I understand that the trees in front of the building cannot simply be removed. However, similar room types are available from the 4th to the 6th floor. From what I understand, rooms on the 5th and 6th floors do not have their views blocked by trees. Despite paying the same rate, I was unable to enjoy the same unobstructed Mt. Fuji view as guests staying on the higher floors. This situation feels unfair and was very disappointing, especially since the view was one of the main reasons I chose your hotel.
